The Worst Day So Far

Today was a bad day. I'm pretty frustrated with just about everything in my life. This isn't a new thing. I've been frustrated with a lot of things for a long time now. There for awhile I was feeling good about things but my frustration flared right back up there with my IT Band. Which brings me to another subject: I didn't go running today. And I ate the BIGGEST load of crap ever.

I'm going out of town for the weekend. I'll start up again with this when I get back...
